WARNING: Be aware of local agents who claim that they can meet our price. They do not provide the same level of
service and simply block all of your buyer leads and turn them into their own
clients. Ask them if they have an automatic system to pass on the buyer leads to
you directly. If they don't have a system, the buyers' calls are blocked. Even
agents' calls are blocked since there is no incentive for the agent to take
other realtors' calls.

ABC World News reporters interviewed the founders of Realmart Realty
and their clients for a whole day in April of 2006. They ran a special report
about online realtors. The report included one of our clients, a Mr. Roman
Levkov who listed his home with us in the MLS and sold it within a weeks
time and saved $10,000 in commissions. They also reported a story of Ms. Lisa
Zimmerman from Chicago who bought her home through an online discount broker and
got an $8000 cash rebate at closing. NJ law used to prohibit commission rebates
to protect realtor's interests. That law was finally overturned in NJ due to
strong consumer group protests and the Department of Justice's anti-trust law
suits. On Jan 19, 2010, a new law was signed to allow all realtors

What is
Flat Fee MLS Listing
Service?
With a flat fee listings the sellers pay a low flat fee
to list their home in the REALTORŪ Multiple Listing Service
(MLS). You also agree to pay a real estate agent who
procures a buyer for your home a fee or commission.
Unlike traditional real estate brokerage, there is no commission due if you sell on your own without a buyer's broker, you pay only the low, flat fee.
An average seller can save between $3,000 to $5,500 per $100,000 of their sales price.
The vast majority of homes are sold through the MLS due to the large network of REALTORS® working with home buyers. With
a flat fee MLS Listing
your listing may appear on many internet sites. Plus licensed REALTORSŪ
may also display your MLS listing directly on their own private website.
